The adventure begins at Samburu National Reserve – a rugged and arid landscape known for its unique species such as the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, and Somali ostrich. The reserve is also home to the Samburu people, who still practice their traditional way of life.

The next stop is at Ol Pejeta Conservancy – a wildlife sanctuary and home to several rescued and orphaned animals, including the last surviving northern white rhino, which makes it a must-visit destination. Visitors can also engage in adventurous activities like night game drives, guided walks, or horseback safaris.

Then head to the Lake Nakuru National Park – a vibrant location that’s popular for its millions of pink flamingos that flock the lake. The park also shelters rhinos, leopards, and lions in the highland areas.

We then experience a stay in the Aberdares – a stunning mountain range and home to the endangered black rhinos and elephants. Stay in a unique Ark lodge, with views of an illuminated waterhole to witness nocturnal wildlife sightings.

Next, proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve – a vast expanse of savannah grasslands that offers one of the best game viewing experiences imaginable, with the highly sought-after annual wildebeest migration spectacle happening around August to October. Be dazzled by predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

The final destination of the safari is the Amboseli National Park – an awe-inspiring location that’s regarded as one of the best places in Africa to view free-ranging elephants up close. The park is also famous for its stunning view of Mount Kilimanjaro, where visitors can capture some of the most breathtaking photos.

Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve – Evening Game Drive in Samburu National Reserve

Early morning after your breakfast, our guide/driver will pick you up from your booked Hotel in Nairobi for pre safari briefing shortly after which we transfer to Samburu National Reserve travelling towards Northern Kenya. Enjoy a scenic drive through Nairobi suburbs and Mount Kenya ranges to arrive at our booked Lodge. We check in, relax then have a tasteful lunch before head out for our first game drive in Samburu National Reserve.

 Day 2: Full-Day Game Drives in Samburu National Park

We enjoy this full day of wild game viewing in the wilderness of  Samburu National Reserve. We wake up very early to look out for  early risers. This morning game drive comes with an option to have a  picnic breakfast served in a bush setting or return to Lodge for  breakfast and lunch then later head back for the evening game  drive. The ecology of Samburu Kenya is defined by the contrasting  habitats of riverine forest along the Ewaso Nyiro and austere acacia  scrub and rocky slopes extending outward from it.

We explore the two major reserves in Samburu comprising of  Samburu Buffalo Springs and Shaba National Reserve that offer the  best chance of sighting leopard in Kenya, and lion, elephant and  buffalo are also quite common. The main attraction, however, is a  host of drycountry specials absent or rare in most other East African  parks. Among there are mammals, such as Beisa oryx and gerenuk,  and a long list of birds of which the cobalt-chested vulturine guinea  fowl is the most spectacular After collecting full day unforgettable memories, we will return to  Accommodation for dinner and overnight stay Meal

Day 3: Samburu National Reserve to Ol Pejeta – Explore Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Early morning after your breakfast, we depart Samburu National Reserve for the neighboring Ol Pejeta Conservancy. We arrive at our booked accommodation, check, relax then have a tasteful lunch before head out for our first game drive.

Ol Pejeta is Situated on the equator west of Nanyuki, between the foothills of the Aberdares and Mount Kenya, Africa’s second tallest mountain.  We spend this evening exploring the Ol Pejeta reserve, going on a game drive and visiting its world-renowned rhino sanctuary before retiring at our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay

Day 4: Ol Pejeta to Aberdare National Park – Explore Aberdare National Park

Early morning after your breakfast, we will hit the road with an en route game drive departing Ol Pejeta for Aberdare National Park. We travel into the hilly highlands of Kenya, to the High Aberdare Mountain Ranges. Our booked Lodge, The Ark Tree Lodge is an abnormal structure, comprising of numerous levels with viewing decks and a cover up for observing wildlife at the waterhole and saltlick that the lodge faces.

Reminiscent of the scriptural Noah’s Ark, the lodge is set in the midst of trees in Aberdare National Park. Dinner and game viewing will be at the floodlit watering gap, from the look-outs at the lodge

Day 5: Aberdare to Lake Nakuru – Explore Lake Nakuru National Park on Game Drives

This day begins with warming cup of coffee as you observe wildlife at The Ark before picking up our gear and jumping into our pop-up roof 4×4 safari Land Cruiser. We continue our drive down to a lowerlying region of the Great Rift Valley to arrive to Lake Nakuru National Park just in time for lunch. Enjoy a typical African crusine meal at our booked Lodge shortly after which we embark on an evening game drive in the Park.

Expect to see various birdlife, particularly flamingos, and other wild life species. Common sightings include; hippos, rhinos, monkeys, buffalos, zebras and giraffes, among others. Returning from our evening experience in Lake Nakuru National Reserve, we are welcomed to dinner and Later have our night sleep

Day 6:  Lake Nakuru  to Masai Mara National Reserve – Evening Masai Mara Game Drive

Early morning after your breakfast, we say goodbye to Lake Nakuru to embark on a drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy yet another scenic drive through the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley before arriving to booked accommodation in Masai Mara National Reserve to check in just in time for lunch and relaxation at camp. We later head out for an evening game drive.

The Masai Mara is Kenya’s most celebrated wildlife reserve, and arguably its best. The park is dominated by open grassland, interspersed with rocky hills, acacia woodland, and riparian forest. Mara Mara is rewarding not just for predators such as lion, leopard and cheetah but for spotted hyena, bat-eared fox, and blackbacked jackal as well. Elephant and buffalo are common, and a number of black rhinos still survive. Other ungulates include impala, eland, and reedbuck.

A checklist of 450-plus birds includes raptors and ground birds such as ostrich and ground hornbill. At sun dawn we take advantage of the photographic moment then return to accommodation for dinner and overnight stay

Day 7: Full Day Masai Mara Wildlife Activities (Game Drives)

The next 2 days are spent game viewing in Kenya’s leading Masai Mara National Reserve. We will embark on two game drives; in the morning game drive and the Evening game drive with an option to carry picnic breakfast to spend the entire morning out in the wild or return to accommodation for breakfast and lunch shortly after which we head back to search for the big five and other wildlife species to include: Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, Wildebeest, buffaloes, zebras, jackals, spotted hyenas, topi, impala, Hartebeests, nat eared foxes, the crocodiles and hippopotamus of the Mara and Talek Rivers.

We will have this full day to track the resident wildlife in Masai Mara National Reserve. After the thrilling day of magnificent game viewing in Masai Mara National Reserve, we retire at our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay

Day 8: Full Day Masai Mara Wildlife Activities (Game Drives)

This is yet another full day experience in the Mara, early morning after your warming breakfast; we will embark on another series of game drives in other conservancies of Maasai Mara. It is guaranteed that wherever you go in the Mara, there is a different scenery and abundant wildlife to include the Masai giraffe, baboons, topis, Zebras, Wildebeest, nat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, hartebeests, buffaloes, hippopotamus, crocodiles, cheetahs, the big five and so much more.

After the thrilling day of game viewing in Masai Mara National Reserve, we head back to accommodation for dinner and overnight stay

Day 9:  Fly from Masai Mara to Amboseli National Park  – Evening Game Drive in Amboseli

We enjoy one last morning game drive in Masai Mara enroute to the airstrip for our flight to Amboseli National Park. Upon arrival, we shall be picked up from airstrip by our guide to transfer to our booked Lodge just in time for lunch then relax after which we head out for our first evening game drive in Amboseli National Park. We enjoy the evening game drive to later return to lodge for dinner and overnight stay

Day 10: Explore Amboseli National Park on full day Game Drives

Today we enjoy a full day game viewing experience in Amboseli National Park. Amboseli covers lush grasslands fed by the melting snow of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Standing at 5896m above sea level the snow-topped mountain forms the backdrop to game viewing. Amboseli National Park hosts some of Kenya’s largest elephant herds and is famous for its big elephant bulls with their impressive tusks. The Game Park also contains huge populations of buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, hippos and various antelope species, such as impala. Amboseli Park is also home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, jackals, warthogs and various other wildlife and bird species. After the full day of game viewing, we head back to accommodation for dinner and overnight stay  

Day 11: Morning Amboseli Game Drives –Transfer from Amboseli to Nairobi

This morning we enjoy breakfast and yet another morning game drive to later check out Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. We have lunch at noon then trace our route back to Nairobi. Upon arrival to Nairobi, you will be dropped off at your booked accommodation in Nairobi. This will mark the end of our 11 Day
